Online Registration: Online registration for the 2013 PACE Annual Forum will be available June 3 - June 28. PACE Institution faculty and students may use the invitation code PACE2013 to register at http://www.regonline.com/2013-PACE-Forum.

Pasadena Visitor Information: Pasadena is a dynamic city located in Southern California that offers both business and recreational travelers a combination of sophisticated charm, culture, history, and fun. PRE-Conference Training: Please refer to pages 7-9 of the Delegate Information Guide for the class descriptions and schedule. PRE-Conference training classes are located at a number of PACE Company offices, and attendees will need to make separate hotel reservations near their training location. Training seats are limited and preregistration is required. Training registration is part of the conference online registration(June 3-28). Please note that selecting a training session in the online registration does NOT guarantee a place in the class - confirmation of your successful enrollment in the requested training will be emailed by July 10th.

Portable Assisted Mobility Device (PAMD) Project Competition Judging: Each of the seven PAMD teams will give a 45-minute presentation to the entire PACE audience, including judges, on Wednesday July 24th. The time slot for each team will be announced at the Welcome Reception on Sunday July 21st. Following the seven team presentations, each team will meet one-on-one with the judges for 15 minutes of questions/answers. All PAMD Team reports are due by the end of June. Presentation & Poster Authors: Authors are encouraged to download and use the Approved Logos and Slide Template. Please upload presentation slides and poster JPG files by June 28 to http://www.openconf.org/PACEforum2013. Abstracts are no longer being accepted for this year's conference. Notification of the committee's decisions have been emailed to all authors.

Journal Papers: Authors of a selected number tecnical presentations and posters will be invited to submit papers for publication in a special edition of the Computer-Aided Design and Applications Journal. Invitations will be sent following the 2013 PACE Annual Forum. Authors may click here for more information.
