PACE Forum Location: The 2014 PACE Annual Forum conference sessions are at the Politecnico di Torino campus located at Corso Duca Degli Abruzzi, Torino, Italy (http://www.polito.it/ateneo/sedi/index.php?sede=TO_CEN&lang=en).

EDISU University Residences at Politecnico di Torino: Click here for a step-by-step guide to reserving a room at the Politecnico residence halls. Click here for the EDISU booking site for PACE Forum delegates. Payments to the residence hall are to be made by bank transfer - the details are on page 10 of the step-by-step guide. The EDISU booking site is setup for dormitory room reservations between 21 July and 1 August.

Online Registration: Online registration will be available June 2-27 for PACE Institution faculty and students, as well as PACE Company representatives. To register, please use the event code Torino2014 and complete the ENTIRE registration form at https://www.regonline.com/2014-PACE-Forum. (Note - your registration is not accepted unless you successfully complete all pages of the online registration and receive the confirmation. Incomplete registrations will be deleted after 3 days.)

PRE-Conference Training: The PRE-Conference software training sessions will be located on the Politecnico di Torino campus. The schedule is available on pages 9-11 of the Delegate Information Guide. Training seats are limited and preregistration is required. Please note that NX 8.5 will be used in both the NX class and NX exam. Tecnomatix 10 will be used in the Tecnomatix class. Note: Some classes are filled and seating is no longer available. The Altair training is cancelled.

Portable Assisted Mobility Device (PAMD) Project Competition Judging: The PAMD Team presentations will be Monday July 28th. The time slot for each team will be announced at the Welcome Reception on Sunday July 27th. Teams will demonstrate their prototypes the morning of Tuesday July 29th, and meet one-on-one with the judges on Tuesday afternoon. All PAMD Team reports are due by the end of June. Presentation & Poster Authors: Authors are encouraged to download and use the Approved Logos and Slide Template. Please upload presentation slides and poster JPG files by June 27 to http://www.openconf.org/PACEforum2014. Abstracts are no longer being accepted for this year's conference. Notification of the committee's decisions will be emailed to all authors by May 7th.

Journal Papers: Authors of a selected number tecnical presentations and posters will be invited to submit papers for publication in a supplement to Volume 12 of the Computer-Aided Design and Applications Journal. Invitations will be sent following the 2014 PACE Annual Forum. Authors may click here for more information.
